Grotto Bagat is a restaurant and pizzeria on the lake in Lavena Ponte Tresa (Varese).

In our dishes we use only quality Italian products. The flour of our polenta comes from the Mulino Bernasconi (Mulino alla Folla) in Malnate (Varese), the only active mill with magone still in stone.
According to Italian artisanal tradition, the pasta of our dishes is bronze-dawn and subjected to a very slow drying process.
This gives to our pasta a unique texture and a rough pastry, able to transform the dishes from “good” in “delicious”.
Also for our pizzas we use only quality Italian products such as peeled tomatoes Mutti and mozzarella cheese Cigno with 100% Italian milk.
